Our approach is straightforward: we self create a comprehensive profile of the student-athletes, which we then present to suitable soccer programs across the Nation using the best college placement methodologies.
Having a central role in the player’s development process allows us to provide trustworthy recommendations and advice on the players we represent. Our approach ensures we deliver authentic feedback to College Coaches.
We’re proud to have cultivated and placed five ALL-AMERICAN players, including a 2x NCAA D1 First Team ALL-AMERICAN selection, an MLS Draft Pick and 5 professional players in Europe, USL and CPL.

REQUIREMENTS
Available to players currently in the development program as the the players development program set the conditions to be able to advance from High-School to gain a soccer scholarship and or a professional contract. Exception can be made for High-School seniors that via external development might have reached the conditions
Submitting the application is the first step to start the YWC Development Program. The YWC Staff will review all applications, inviting profiles deemed ready to start the journey to become a student-athlete.
