Multiple teams from the same club can participate in our tours, catering to boys and girls aged from U-9 to U-19.

The minimum number of participants required for the entire group (including players, friends, and families) is 50, while the maximum number allowed is 150. This ensures flexibility while maintaining an intimate and enjoyable experience for all involved.

The minimum duration of the tour is 9 nights. Clubs can decide how long they wish to stay in Italy and can also choose the time of year for their travel. The minimum stay in each city is 3 nights. Clubs can select the cities they wish to visit and the number of days they wish to spend in each city.

The available cities are: Milan, Rome, Venice, Naples, Genoa, Cinque Terre, and Florence. The available airports for arrival and departure are Milan Malpensa (MXP) International Airport and Rome Fiumicino (FCO) International Airport.

YWC offers consultation while designing the itinerary and provides solutions to choose from.

Each tour is designed to fulfill three components, with importance attributed differently based on the guest club’s preferences: Soccer, Italian culture, and fun moments with teammates, coaches, and family members. Some activities, such as the international games against local Italian teams, will include all group members (family members, players, and coaches). Other activities specifically for parents, which might not be suitable for players, will also be offered. These activities include city night tours, museum entrances, and culinary activities.

All groups will enjoy comfortable accommodations in strategically located 4-star hotels in each city.

Full board meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be provided for the entire group, with parents having the option to choose breakfast-only packages at a reduced rate.

Private coach transportation will be arranged for all activities throughout the tour, ensuring seamless and convenient travel for the group.

Each tour is designed to include a live Serie A game experience. The selection of the game will be based on consultation with the guest club’s preferences and the availability of games during the tour period.

Furthermore, each tour guarantees visits to Italy’s most iconic stadiums: the “Stadio Olimpico” in Rome and the “Giuseppe Meazza Stadium (San Siro)” in Milan.

In addition to soccer-related activities such as friendly games, stadium tours, and Serie A games, our tours offer a diverse range of cultural experiences tailored to each city visited. We organize dedicated cultural activities based on the guest’s club preference, ensuring a memorable and enriching journey. These activities include guided city tours, excursions to naturalistic sites, and immersive culinary experiences.

YWC Soccer offers convenient flexibility for clubs arriving in Italy with three accessible international airports: Milan, Rome, and Venice. Clubs have the option to choose different arrival and departure airports, allowing for seamless travel arrangements tailored to their needs.

Upon arrival, YWC Soccer ensures a smooth transition by arranging private coaches to pick up all group members directly from the airport. This personalized service guarantees a hassle-free start to the soccer and cultural adventure in Italy.
