YWC was founded by former college soccer players who went through the American system themselves. Ten years at the highest level of college soccer gave us what makes the difference today: a method, the know-how and a network of college coaches who trust our evaluation.
YWC is founded in Genova by former student-athletes of U.S. college soccer.
First YWC student-athlete on a U.S. campus and first YWC Showcase.
Clemson, NCAA champion that year, is among the college programs at our showcases.
Yannick Bright, recruited by YWC, is a first-round MLS SuperDraft pick for Inter Miami.
College coaches at our events
Since 2016 college coaches have travelled to Europe for our events: the YWC Showcases, The Italian Showcase and the YWC Training Camp. They watch the players live, talk to our staff and make scholarship offers.
How we work
We are not an agency that sends out CVs. We know the coaches by name and we follow every player from the first evaluation to campus.
UEFA-licensed staff evaluate every player on the pitch, with video of every game.
Players compete in front of college coaches at our showcases and training camps.
We find the program that fits, on the field and in the classroom.
We stay with every player to campus and through the college years.
Who leads YWC
Sampdoria academy up to the Primavera squad and three seasons in Serie D, then student-athlete in the U.S. at Nyack College and Canisius College, NCAA Division I. MBA from the City College of New York, UEFA B licence. He recruited Yannick Bright and built the network of college coaches YWC works with every day.
Degree from the University of Genova and master’s from the City College of New York. She co-founded YWC and has shaped its brand, website and campaigns ever since.
Former student-athlete in NCAA Division I at UMBC, master’s degrees from Barry University and the City College of New York, then a coach in MLS NEXT. Back in Genova to lead YWC Future, showcases and training camps.
Over 120 games for Inter Milan and the 1994 UEFA Cup. UEFA A licence and years of coaching in the U.S. He leads the technical evaluation at our showcases and camps.
Advisors
A YWC player in 2017: Merrimack College, from Division II to Division I, then UMass Amherst. Today a college coach in the U.S., he helps us read recruiting from the inside.
UEFA A coach with thirty years in the academies of Calcio Padova and Cittadella, from youth teams to the Primavera. He evaluates players at our showcases.

Follows every player from application to departure: profile, video, documents and families.
Sports lawyer and journalist. Contracts, registrations and relations with clubs and universities.
Physical preparation at YWC Future and the videos that reach college coaches.
Leads the YWC Future morning sessions: technique, speed and decision making.
Relations with the partner clubs where YWC Future players compete, from trials to registration.
A former YWC student-athlete in the U.S., he trains the goalkeepers of YWC Future and our showcases.
